If you are not seeing reports or live dashboard information and your Status Check shows an error for Stats Socket it means that we cannot read from the socket for the load balancer.
The first thing to do is go to Balancer -> Configuration -> Default Settings
Once in Default Settings simply click Save. Now go click save within the Logging Options
When you have clicked save on both Logging Options and under Default Settings then do a full stop/start of the load balancer.
If that does not work then please check your Balancer -> Configuration -> Backups
In Backups click on the Export tab
You should see the following line in the Export: stats socket /tmp/haproxy.sock mode 777 level admin
If the line is not there then there is a problem altering your load balancer configuration but if you do see it then please ensure that your cronjob is setup correctly ant the permissions are all fine.
