How do I get support?

If our knowledge base does not help fix an issue you are having or if we do not have an article regarding your issue please feel free to get in touch with support.

All support for Snapt is run and managed through Zendesk, you can email us at support@snapt.net or click on the log a ticket button on this page, or from the shop itself. We are available for 24/7 support should you need assistance.
