Snapt Support Hours

The Snapt Support team operates 24/7/365 including holidays, Christmas Day and New Years.

Depending on your purchased license, you will be entitled to different SLAs (Service Level Agreement). On our basic packages, we offer a 4 hour SLA, and on our Enterprise packages, we offer a 1 hour SLA but either way the team strives to assist with any issues as fast as possible.
